VM Server 2016 - Event 1000 0xc0000005 app miprvse.exe, fault module OLEAUT32.dll

Hello All,

We have a virtual Server 2016 at work. Which keeps reoccurring event 1000. So I would like to investigate. Where is this coming from? Do we need to take up any measures? is this high impact? how to resolved if needed.

Would anyone assist me with this please?
