Hi,
I have an application " A" installed on a virtual server "A1" ( Windows 2008) in one data center.
If I need to lift & shift the application "A" to another data center, Can I just take the server image " A1" , Create another virtual server " B1" (Windows 2008 ) in another data center and restore the image of "A1", Without having to re-deploy the application and it's components onto the new server?
Of course, the other necessary configurations need to be performed on the application after the server image has been copied but if this option is possible?
