I had bought a HP laptop with preloaded MS 10 OS licenced version in 2014.
Recently there was some issue with the laptop and the same had to be formatted.
The registered vendor while handing over the laptop installed a trial version of MS 10 OS.
Is it possible to get the licenced version reinstalled without paying for it again.
