HyperV copy VM, resetting network settings

Hi everybody,

I'm new to this forum.

I'd like to ask you an info:I'm moving a VM from HyperV 2008 R" to HyperV 2012 R2 and I'm having problems with network settings resetting. In particular the original VM has a fixed ip adddress, the copied one has DHCP default setting.

Do you know why?Am I wrong with moving VM? 

I tried copying all the VM files from the 2008 folder to the 2012 one and I tried exporting the VM too. SAme result.
