Win32Time server caused memory lack

Hi all,

I would like to ask support for Win2008 R2 64bit on Virtual Machine

I've found physical memory 99%, caused by Win32Time service.

After the restart of the server the physical memory is 37%

I have found different fixes , please can you tell me if one of them is the correct one or how we can fix permanently that issue?
