Error when use disk2vhd to virtualize a physical server into VM

Dear Virtual Server Expert,

I am trying to use disk2vhd to virtualize one of the physical server into a vm, thus I could produce a .vhd or .vhdx file and then import it into the hyper v server. however when I click create, I encounter the error message "error snapshotting volumes". what could be the cause of the issue?
