server 2008 turn black screen, can't remote, only ping is working, not any other service is accessible

Hi There,

i have hyper-V and i am using this server as virtual server, which suddenly turn black screen.

I have a web server (IIS) running on this server 2008

i have try http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/03c08583-7f66-4556-af52-49905f9fa7f3/server-2008-login-black-screen-and-mouse-pointer-only?forum=winservergen

but it didn't work for me.

at last I replaced the VHD from the last backup, and get this server running again.

BUT today it become the black screen again. not sure what causing this issue. i have tried many more from google but nothing works for me.
