How to simulate external IP addresses on a single server Hyper-V test environment

I just bought a powerful laptop and installed a spare copy of Server 2012 R2 Datacentre on it.

I am in the process of setting up a test LAN with DC, Exchange, TMG firewall web and backup servers.

How can I best "simulate" the internet? I would like to have a "virtual internet" with a few external IP addresses and then connect via a client VM through this virtual internet to the LAN services.

I am thinking subnets etc but I don't have enough routing experience/expertise to do this.

All of this should take place inside the one physical Hyper-V host.

Once it is all up and running, would like to add a Cisco firewall to the mix.

Can someone help me?
