Server 2003 with Virtual Server 2005 no Internet connection on Virtual

I have two servers, one is Server 2008 with HyperV, the other is Server 2003 with Virtual 2005.

My 2008 server is my Active Directory, DNS, DCHP server. I have added HyperV to the Domain and Server 2003 to the domain with no problems. My issue resides with Virtual 2005. When I try to add it to the domain, it states that the controller cannot be contacted. The settings in the network adapter are pointing back to the DNS server. 

DNS Server 192.168.0.10

Default Gateway  192.168.0.2

Virtual Server Settings

IP Address  192.168.0.77

Mask           255.255.255.0

Gateway   192.168.0.2

DNS  192.168.0.10

Any ideas on why this does not see my Domain controller?
