Hello
I came across a very strange case and honestly I ran out of ideas.
Namely, there is a company and 16 people, they work through a VPN on a remote server, programs go ok, everything cool until they try to print.
And here is the verily roulette - once the print goes, once it does not. I installed the printer drivers on the server - for a while it helped, two days of relative peace and again roulette. I installed TW TSPrint - again one two days of peace but as they begin to print all the larger amounts of documents begins the circus.
I have the impression that it is a matter of some session isolation setting each of them so that he saw only his printer (here I would add that the printers are connected only after usb cables and are not shared on the network - each has his own because simultaneous prints of documents very much).
I do not know if this configuration on the client side or on the server side.
Please help.
