DNS record - SPF

Hello! Can SPF record cause "SMTP Reverse DNS resolution problem" when sending email? We had two SPF records (TXT) which goes like this:

1. v=spf1 mx ip4:"our IP address" -all -> NAT_hide address for our domain, with this IP address everything from our domain goes to the Internet

2. v=spf1 include: "mailchimp server hostname" ?all -> this SPF record is here because of some mail campaign, it is mailchip server not ours

SPF record under number 1. is our record and it's been a long time there and everything worked with it.

We had some errors with multiple SPF record so we decided to create one SPF record instead of two which now looks like this:

v=spf mx ip4: "our IP address" include:"mailchimp server hostname" -all

After this we of course didn't have multiple SPF record error and everything seemed fine. Then another issue occured with "SMTP Reverse DNS Mismatch" with our PTR record. We have 2 MX records and thus 2 PTR records. Could change in SPF record cause this "SMTP Reverse DNS Mismatch" problem and how can we create SPF the best way according to information that I mentioned? Do I need to enter some other info into this SPF: v=spf mx ip4: "our IP address" include:"mailchimp server hostname" -all?

Did someone else had similar problem?

Thank you very much!
